Job Title: Medical Biller

Hours: 20-25 hrs. weekly

Compensation: $17 - $24 per hour based on experience

Location: Remote


The Medical Biller is responsible for managing the billing process for healthcare providers. This role ensures the accurate and timely submission of medical claims to insurance companies and patients while following up on outstanding payments. The Medical Biller plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of a healthcare practice by optimizing revenue cycle management and resolving billing discrepancies. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and accurately prepare patient billing statements and submit claims to insurance companies.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, healthcare regulations, and coding standards (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
  • Follow up on unpaid claims and work with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or rejections.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and patient benefits.
  • Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and send invoices to patients for any outstanding balances.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers, coders, and insurance representatives to ensure smooth and accurate billing processes.
  • Handle patient billing inquiries and assist in resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Generate reports on accounts receivable, payment trends, and claim statuses.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Medical Biller, with knowledge of medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Understanding of medical terminology, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and healthcare billing procedures.
  • Familiarity with various insurance types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Certification as a Medical Biller (e.g., Certified Professional Biller, Certified Billing and Coding Specialist) is preferred but not required.

The Small Business Loan Sales Hunter is a results-driven professional responsible for identifying and securing new small business loan opportunities. This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with small to mid-sized business owners in need of capital financing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment and has a proven track record of sales success in the financial or lending industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and loan opportunities through networking, cold calling, and outreach to small business owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, offering      tailored lending solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Present, explain, and promote various small business loan products and terms to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan approval processes.
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new loan originations.
  • Continuously expand the sales pipeline through strategic partnerships, referral networks, and client retention.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in      financial regulations that may affect small business lending.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in small business loans, financial services, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of small business loan products, including SBA loans, working capital loans, equipment financing, and lines of credit.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a highly competitive, commission-based environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with business owners from diverse industries.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a robust sales pipeline effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

The Collectibles Acquisition Appraiser is responsible for evaluating, appraising, and acquiring collectible items for resale or investment purposes. This role requires a deep knowledge of various collectible categories, including but not limited to sports memorabilia, fine art, rare coins, vintage toys, trading cards, and historical artifacts. The appraiser will provide accurate valuations, market insights, and acquisition recommendations to ensure the company's inventory remains diverse, valuable, and profitable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough appraisals of collectibles to determine authenticity, condition, market value, and rarity.
  • Research market trends, auction results, and historical sales data to provide informed recommendations.
  • Work closely with sellers, collectors, and other appraisers to acquire high-quality items for inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports and certificates of authenticity, where applicable.
  • Negotiate acquisition deals, ensuring fair and profitable agreements for the company.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new markets, and emerging collectible categories.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote high-value acquisitions and support their resale efforts.
  • Maintain records of appraised items and provide accurate documentation for tax, insurance, and legal purposes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in appraising and acquiring collectibles, such as sports memorabilia, antiques, fine art, or similar items.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication processes and industry-standard grading systems.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends and historical valuations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with appraisal software and relevant digital tools.
  • Certification from recognized appraisal organizations (e.g., ISA, ASA) is preferred but not required.
